Question
If internet connectivity is lost, what happens to the data when using MSM?
Summary
MSM data with loss of internet
Answer
If the controller(s) are connected to SCADA/PLC, this data will continue to be transmitted, even without internet connectivity. Data will not be put into the cloud but can be retrieved from the SC4200c data log and uploaded back into Claros. The SC1500 does not have any local data storage and this data will not be able to be recovered.
