Answer
Any software version greater than 1.09 will have the option to perform a zero calibration in addition to the slope calibration. 
The zero calibration option can be enabled/disabled in the calibration menu.
This information can be found in the calibration section of the full user manual here. 
To initiate a calibration immedately: 
  1. Press cal to display the calibration menu.
  2. Select START MANUAL CAL
  3. Select ZERO CAL if initiating a calibration immediately
To schedule a future calibration 
  1. Press cal to display the calibration menu.
  2. Select SET AUTO CALIBRATION 
  3. Select ZERO CAL
Please note: if performing a zero calibration, change the blank value in the menu > REAGENTS/STANDARDS. > ENTER BLANK VALUE  to zero instead of what is written on the molybdate bottle. This allows the analyzer to adjust the point as needed through the zero calibration operation.
