If a FL90x is missing calls, first verify that the modem is being detected within the FSDATA Desktop under the communication tab:

If the modem is recognized then the following can be verified:
- The Antenna installed properly
- There adequate strength (-113 worst, -50 best)
- That the IP address is correct
- That the SVC Code is correct
- Verify that FSData Online is setup with the loggers serial number and added to the correct SVC location.
- Verify that the SIM card number is recognized after the FL900 is power cycled under modem diagnostics. 
- Verify that the SIM card is inserted correctly:
