As part of our Service strategy to optimize our current portfolio in Europe, we are pleased to announce a new service program to complete our current offers, for most of Hach instruments and for all EU countries: The Warranty PLUS Service Program.

The NEW Warranty PLUS Service Program is a new service offering made specifically for ensuring a complete coverage during the warranty period of the customer’s equipment, without charging for unnecessary options that are already covered by the standard warranty (ex. spare parts).
It’s an complete service package that includes:
- Start Up / Commissioning
- Field Maintenance visits
- Under warranty repairs done in the field
- Travel & Labor costs
- Wear & Spare parts
