Question
What does the MSM message "Oops! Unable to start workflow with current device settings" indicate?
Summary
MSM "Oops! Unable to start workflow with current device settings" message
Answer
For sensors that support illustrated workflow functions (ex. AN-ISEsc, A-ISEsc, N-ISEsc, AMTAXsc, or PHOSPHAXsc) it is possible to get a message "Oops! Unable to start workflow with current device settings" when attempting to perform a grab sample/verification/calibration by using the illustrated workflow functions in Mobile Sensor Management (MSM). This can indicate that the MSM account does not have the necessary DR3900 or DR6000 spectrophotometer added to the active device list, or may indicate that the current configuration settings of the sensor/analyzer are not compatible with the grab sample/verification/calibration workflow that will be sent to the spectrophotometer.

Configured parameter settings by device that are required for illustrated workflow functions:
A-ISEsc - "parameter" must be set to NH4-N (not NH4)
N-ISEsc - "parameter" must be set to NO3-N (not NO3)
AN-ISEsc - "parameter" must be set to NH4-N (not NH4) and/or "parameter" must be set to NO3-N (not NO3)
AMTAXsc - Single Channel, "parameter" must be set to NH4-N (not NH4)
PHOSPHAXsc - Single Channel, "parameter" must be set to PO4-P (not PO4)
