Can a LICO be used to measure colour of yoghurt?

Answer
Because the LICO is a photometer, the sample liquids have to be water transparent - no turbidity / solids is /are allowed.
Yoghurt is  opaque therefore the LICO instruments are not suitable, measurement principle has to be reflectance colour measurement.
 
Out sister company x-rite does have such instruments in their range, the LICO instruments are not applicable.
