-INTRODUCTION:
TOG (Total Oil and Grease) levels can be reported- after correlation- from new B7000i analyzers.

-KEY MESSAGE POINTS:

  • Oil and Grease are comprised of dissolved and dispersed hydrocarbon compounds that can be correlated with TOC levels.

  • After correlation, TOG can be read directly using the “Correlation Factor” menu (or as an analog/digital output).

  • Reporting of TOG takes only minutes (process control), while EPA methods take 2-4hrs+ (regulatory reporting only).

  • Online TOC analysis, reporting TOG, with a BioTector will eliminate delays in catching contamination in process fluids limiting the probability of regulatory fines and can be used to manage process controls.
