Question
Why are the LCK cuvette tests, that should be stored at 2-8°C are delivered without any cooling?
Summary
Delivery conditions of some cool storage LCK cuvette test boxes
Answer
The temperature range given on the LCK box is for long term storage at customers site (or in HACH stock center).
We do not ship (and have never shipped) the tests cooled and a higher temperature during the shipping will not cause any damage to the test kits.
In general a higher temperature for a delivery time up to 1 week is no problem.
