Answer
Yes, both the sensION+™ pH3 Basic Benchtop Meter (Product # LPV2000.97.0002) and sensION+™ EC7 Basic Conductivity Meter (Product # LPV3010.97.0002) can be reset to factory settings or a theoretical calibration.

To reset the sensION+™ pH3 meter, perform the following steps:
  1. Press the calibration " " button.
  2. Press the down arrow " " key to view CAL. data. One should see "CALIBRATION DATA pH" at the top of the screen.
  3. Press the down arrow key again. One should see "CALIBRATION DATA MV" at the top of the screen.
  4. Press the down arrow key again. One should see "CAL. FREQUENCY pH" at the top of the screen.
  5. Once on the "CAL. FREQUENCY pH" screen, press and hold the calibration button for at least 2 seconds. "THEORETICAL CAL" should come across the screen (as seen below). This will display on the screen for 3 seconds and then automatically back out to the main reading screen.

To reset the sensION+™ EC7 Basic Conductivity Meter, perform the following steps:
  1. Press the calibration " " button.
  2. Press the down arrow " " key to view CAL. data. One should see "CALIBRATION DATA EC" at the top of the screen.
  3. Press the down arrow key again. One should see "CAL. FREQUENCY EC".
  4. Once on the "CAL. FREQUENCY EC" screen, press and hold the calibration button for at least 2 seconds. "THEORETICAL CAL" should come across the screen (as seen below). This will display on the screen for 3 seconds and then automatically back out to the main reading screen.

Something to note, when on the "CAL FREQUENCY pH"  or "CAL FREQUENCY EC" screen, do not wait to press and hold down the calibration button. If too much time is allowed, this screen will disappear and the user will be directed to a temperature setting screen. If this happens, the user will need to start the factory reset process over.
