Question
What can cause occasional spikes in readings on the 5500sc Silica or Phosphate analyzer?
Summary
Occasional spikes in readings on 5500sc analyzers.
Answer
After using the troubleshooting guide to rule out other typical causes, it is recommended to put a line filter on the incoming power to the analyzer.  Power fluctuations can affect the analyzer and cause spikes in the readings when everything else looks good.
