Answer
If you find you need to clean the chlorine sensor (this will be indicated by poor performance) we recommend that you rinse the sensor with deionized water. The cleaning needs to be gentle as to not damage the membrane.

In the instance of Iron or Manganese staining you can clean the sensor and flow cell with a 1:3 mixture of 3-5% hydrogen peroxide solution and vinegar.

If the sample running through the CL10 panel fouls the sensor quickly, it is recommended that a strainer is installed before the sample inlet and an acidification unit (Catalog Number/Order Code LZY051) is used.
