1.  Measurement cycle:  5 pump cycles, then delays 200 seconds and takes the measurement

 
2.  Calibration cycle: 90 pump cycles on Standard 1, delays 200 seconds and takes measurement; 90 pump cycles on Standard 2, delays 200 seconds and takes measurement; 90 pump cycles on process sample and then returns to normal measurements
 
3.  Prime Reagent cycle: 90 pump cycles on sample and reagent
 
4.  Prime Std1 cycle:  90 pump cycles on Standard 1 and reagent
 
5.  Prime Std2 cycle:  90 pump cycles on Standard 2 and reagent
 
6.  Prime All: 90 pump cycles on Standard 1 and reagent; 90 pump cycles on Standard 2 and reagent; 90 pump cycles on sample and reagent.
