Answer
Although these products are manufactured by Sheldon®, customers should contact Hach if there are any problems or warranty claims. Hach will require the serial number and model number (or Hach catalog number) of the unit, the length of time that the unit has been in service, and a detailed description of the problem. For problems with temperature we would need to know the set point, actual temperature, ambient conditions, and displayed temperature. Sheldon® will provide warranty parts for 12-months from the date of sale to the customer.

If needed Hach will escalate to Sheldon® and will work with Sheldon® and the end user to come to a resolution.
