Question
What is the proper way to store the CA610?
Summary
CA610 and storage
Answer
To store the CA610, all the lines should be flushed with DI water and electrodes removed. Then, either empty the fluoride electrode and store dry or place the electrodes in a chlorinated sample to keep them conditioned for when it is time to put them back online. If they are stored dry, the electrodes will need to be reconditioned. If stored wet, just keep the lower 1 inch of the electrodes immersed in water. Loosen the pinch block to keep the tubing from being crushed.
