Question
Is it necessary to correct the end result of TNT826 (Hach Method 10208) for the dilution that occurs when reagents are added?
Summary
TNT826 results do not need to be corrected
Answer
Any dilution that occurs with the use of the reagents in the TNT826 kit do not require a correction of the end result. If the sample is preserved for long-term storage, then the test results should be corrected for the dilution caused by those volume additions.
