Question
Is it normal to have to press and hold the SL1000 power button to turn the instrument on?
Summary
Pressing and holding the SL1000 power button
Answer
Pressing and holding the SL1000 power button is typically only necessary if the instrument has frozen and a forced restart is needed. This should not be a daily requirement. If this occurs please obtain the serial number and software version of the instrument, complete the Ask a Question form to initiate repair.
